SKY13321-360LF
GaAs SPDT RF switch covering 0.1 to 3.0 GHz with low insertion loss and high linearity in a 2 x 2 mm QFN.
The SKY13321-360LF is a Skyworks GaAs single-pole double-throw RF switch that covers 100 MHz to 3.0 GHz in a compact 2 by 2 millimetre, 8-pin QFN package. It is designed to select between two paths, such as transmit and receive or two antennas, with insertion loss of about 0.4 to 0.6 dB across the band and isolation from about 13 to 26 dB depending on frequency. The GaAs process gives high linearity and good power handling, which suits radios that must tolerate strong signals without generating distortion, and the part uses standard control voltages with low control current. Because it is small, low-loss and linear, it is widely used in Wi-Fi, cellular and general-purpose RF designs where a simple two-way switch is enough. It pairs naturally with an LNA or a front-end module to complete a receive or transmit path, and its low insertion loss helps preserve the link budget. Every device is factory-traceable and ships with an import declaration, a certificate of origin and RoHS documentation. BeiLuo holds this part in regional stock and our FAE team supports control timing, matching and layout.
FAE Professional Review
This SPDT switch is a dependable two-way selector for sub-3 GHz radios. The GaAs process gives it good linearity, which matters when strong nearby signals are present, and the low insertion loss keeps the link budget healthy. It is a good match for an LNA at the front of a receive chain, and it is simple to control from a baseband pin.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the difference from the SP3T switch?
The SKY13321-360LF selects between two paths and covers up to 3 GHz, while the SKY13373-460LF selects among three paths and covers up to 8 GHz.
Choose the simplest part that covers your routing and band.
Is it linear enough for strong signals?
The GaAs process gives the switch high linearity and good power handling, so it tolerates strong nearby signals without generating significant distortion.
