SKY13373-460LF
SOI SP3T RF switch covering 0.1 to 8.0 GHz with 0.45 dB insertion loss and 30 dB isolation in a 2 x 2 mm QFN.
The SKY13373-460LF is a Skyworks silicon-on-insulator single-pole triple-throw RF switch that covers a very wide frequency range, from 100 MHz to 8 GHz, in a compact 2 by 2 millimetre QFN package. It is designed to route a radio signal among three paths, such as three antennas or three bands, with low insertion loss of about 0.45 dB at 2.5 GHz and high isolation of about 30 dB, so it preserves the link budget while keeping the unused paths well separated. The SOI process gives fast switching and low control current, and the part uses standard logic control, so it interfaces directly to a radio or baseband controller. Because it spans such a wide frequency range, the same switch can serve Wi-Fi, cellular and infrastructure designs, which simplifies sourcing across a product family. It is commonly paired with a front-end module or an LNA to complete a transmit/receive or multi-antenna front end. Every device is factory-traceable and ships with an import declaration, a certificate of origin and RoHS documentation. BeiLuo holds this part in regional stock and our FAE team supports control timing, layout and isolation verification.
FAE Professional Review
This switch is popular because it covers an unusually wide band with low loss and high isolation in a tiny package, so the same part works across several designs. Keep the three RF paths symmetric and short, and provide a clean ground and decoupling on the control lines. Verify the isolation between the paths on the bench, because layout has a large effect on the real isolation you achieve.

Frequently Asked Questions
How wide is the operating frequency range?
The SKY13373-460LF covers about 100 MHz to 8 GHz, which is wide enough for Wi-Fi, cellular and infrastructure bands with one part.
Check the insertion loss and isolation at your specific band.
How do I get the best isolation?
Keep the RF paths symmetric and short, use a solid ground plane, and decouple the control lines. Layout dominates the isolation you actually achieve.
Measure isolation on the bench rather than trusting the data sheet alone.
