SKY85354-11
2.4 GHz Wi-Fi 6 front-end module with integrated T/R switch, power amplifier and low-noise amplifier in a 3 x 3 mm LGA.
The SKY85354-11 is a Skyworks 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi 6 (802.11ax) front-end module that integrates a single-pole double-throw transmit/receive switch, a power amplifier and a low-noise amplifier in a compact 16-pin, 3 by 3 millimetre land grid array package. It is designed for 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi radios in access points, routers, gateways and client devices, where board space is tight and the front end must be efficient and predictable. The module provides about 31 dB of transmit gain and 15 dB of receive gain, and delivers roughly +20 dBm of linear output for the highest MCS rates. Because the transmit and receive paths are integrated and matched, a designer can build a complete 2.4 GHz front end with very few external components, which shortens design time and reduces the bill of materials. The small LGA package suits dense boards, and the module runs from a single supply with integrated control logic. Every device is factory-traceable and ships with an import declaration, a certificate of origin and RoHS documentation. BeiLuo holds this part in regional stock and our FAE team supports layout, matching and bring-up.
FAE Professional Review
This module is the natural companion to the 5 GHz part in a dual-band design. It is small, efficient and easy to lay out, and the integrated receive path saves the external LNA and switch that a discrete 2.4 GHz front end would need. Keep the supply decoupling close and the antenna trace short, and confirm the control timing against your radio.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I use this module with the 5 GHz SKY85743-21?
Yes. The two modules cover the 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz bands and are commonly used together in a dual-band Wi-Fi radio, each on its own antenna or through a diplexer.
Confirm the antenna arrangement and isolation in your layout.
What external components does it need?
The module integrates the switch, PA and LNA, so the external parts are mainly supply decoupling and the antenna interface, which keeps the bill of materials small.
Follow the reference layout for the best performance.
