Skyworks RF Filter Distributor | SAW and BAW Filters
Genuine Skyworks SAW and BAW filters for band selection, coexistence and Wi-Fi 6E and 7 band shaping.
Skyworks RF Filters (SAW & BAW) Overview
BeiLuo supplies genuine Skyworks acoustic-wave RF filters, the SAW and BAW devices that select bands and keep radios from interfering with one another. A filter passes the wanted band and rejects everything else, and as radios crowd the spectrum, the quality of that rejection decides whether a device coexists with its neighbours or degrades them. Surface acoustic wave filters cover the lower bands economically, while bulk acoustic wave filters handle higher frequencies and steeper skirts, which is why they are used for Wi-Fi 6E and Wi-Fi 7 bands and for crowded cellular bands. Skyworks manufactures both technologies and offers compact filters in packages as small as 2 by 2 millimetres, which lets a designer add filtering without a large board penalty. The filters are used in Wi-Fi, cellular, GNSS and infrastructure radios, where they protect receivers from out-of-band blockers and keep transmitters within their spectral mask. Choosing a filter is a trade-off among band, bandwidth, insertion loss and rejection, and our FAE team helps match the part to the coexistence requirements of the design. Because the band and the required rejection decide the technology, our team helps customers choose between SAW and BAW for each band and validate the result on the bench. Every device BeiLuo ships is factory-traceable and includes an import declaration, a certificate of origin and a RoHS compliance file.

Frequently Asked Questions
When should I use a BAW filter instead of a SAW filter?
Use BAW at higher frequencies and where a very steep transition is needed, such as Wi-Fi 6E and 7 bands next to cellular bands. SAW filters are a better fit for lower bands and cost-sensitive designs.
The band and the required rejection decide the technology.
Why does coexistence matter so much now?
Modern devices pack Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and cellular radios into a small enclosure, so their bands sit close together and their filters must reject neighbouring signals strongly.
Good filtering is what lets all of those radios work at once without degrading each other.
How do I add filtering without a large board penalty?
Skyworks filters come in packages as small as 2 by 2 millimetres, and many front-end modules already integrate the filtering, so a design can add rejection with minimal area.
Our FAE team can confirm which modules already include filters.
